Plant Predictions





We planted green beans today and chose between humus and potting soil to provide nutrients to the seeds. Depending on the soil used, we made group predictions on what we think will happen. A great discussion was had about the things a plant needs to survive. We eroded sandstone and rocksalt this week and observed the results with hand lenses.

    Mrs. Uber makes the best green bean casserole! Maybe she'll make one for the class with the green beans you planted today.
